Cloud-native excellence and DevOps solutions

We help teams innovate swiftly, scale efficiently, and optimize costs with cloud-first strategies — streamlining operations and accelerating development cycles through DevOps integration, with security and compliance built in.

What we do

Cloud and DevOps, end to end

From migration to managed services, cloud-native builds, and CI/CD — engineered for reliability, security, and scale.

Most teams don’t decide to move to the cloud or adopt DevOps for its own sake — they get there because deployments have become slow and risky, infrastructure costs are climbing without a clear reason, or on-premises hardware can’t keep up with demand. Manual deployments mean releases happen less often than they should, and every release carries more risk than it needs to.

We treat cloud and DevOps as infrastructure work in service of your product, not a technology upgrade for its own sake. That means migrating and architecting with your actual traffic and compliance requirements in mind, automating the deployment pipeline so releases become routine instead of risky, and building in the monitoring that tells you about a problem before your customers do.

Cloud transformation & migration

Reliable migration from on-premises or between cloud providers, with minimal downtime and disruption.

Cloud operations & managed services

AWS, Azure, and GCP specialists providing continuous monitoring, management, and optimization.

Cloud-native development

Microservices and containerized applications built to be scalable, resilient, and cloud-optimized.

DevOps engineering & CI/CD

Automated pipelines and Infrastructure as Code, tailored to your workflow and delivery goals.

Site reliability engineering

Continuous monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices designed to catch problems before they become customer-facing outages.

Security & compliance in the pipeline

Access, secrets, and audit trails designed into how you ship — not patched the week before an audit.

Scope

What’s included in a cloud & DevOps engagement

From the first architecture decision to the pipeline that ships every release after launch.

Infrastructure assessment & roadmap

An honest review of your current setup, cost drivers, and risk points before recommending a migration or rebuild.

Cloud architecture & migration

Migration planning and execution across AWS, Azure, or GCP, sequenced to minimize downtime and data risk.

CI/CD pipeline setup

Automated build, test, and deployment pipelines tailored to your workflow, so releases stop being an event.

Infrastructure as Code

Reproducible, version-controlled infrastructure so environments are consistent and disaster recovery isn’t guesswork.

Monitoring & alerting

Observability across infrastructure and application layers, with alerting tuned to reduce noise, not just add more of it.

Managed cloud operations

Ongoing management, patching, and cost optimization once you’re live, so cloud spend doesn’t quietly creep up.

Migration

Uptime planned, not hoped for

We start with a thorough assessment of your current infrastructure and business requirements to formulate a tailored migration strategy, minimizing downtime while prioritizing data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

Our process

Assess, migrate, automate, operate

We start with an infrastructure assessment (typically 1–2 weeks) to map your current environment, costs, and risk points, then plan the migration or build in phases so production traffic is never put at unnecessary risk. CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code get set up alongside the migration rather than after it, and monitoring goes live before cutover, not once something’s already gone wrong. Most clients then move into an ongoing managed-operations arrangement, since cloud infrastructure needs continuous attention, not a one-time setup.

Ways to work with us

There’s no single right way to run cloud and DevOps work — we adapt to your team and infrastructure maturity.

Fixed-scope migration

A defined migration or pipeline build, scoped and priced up front — a good fit for a one-time move or setup.

Managed operations

Ongoing monitoring, patching, and cost optimization once you’re live — the most common model, since infrastructure needs continuous attention.

Staff augmentation

Our DevOps engineers slot into your existing team to cover a specific skills gap, reporting into your leads.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What we hear most often about scoping, staffing, and running cloud and DevOps work.

How much does a cloud migration or DevOps setup cost?

It depends on the size of your current environment, how many services need migrating, and how much automation you want built into the pipeline. We assess your infrastructure first and come back with a fixed-price or time-and-materials estimate for that specific scope, rather than a generic number that doesn’t reflect what you actually run.

How long does a cloud migration take?

A single application migration can often be planned and executed in a matter of weeks; a full multi-service environment with dependencies takes longer and is usually sequenced in phases to protect production traffic. We give you a realistic phase-by-phase timeline after the infrastructure assessment, not an upfront guess.

Which cloud provider do you work with?

We work across AWS, Azure, and GCP and choose based on your existing footprint, compliance needs, and cost profile rather than pushing one provider by default. Where you’re already committed to a provider, we build within that rather than recommending a switch without a real reason.

Fixed-scope migration, managed operations, or staff augmentation — which do we need?

A one-time move to the cloud or a pipeline build works well as a fixed-scope engagement. Once you’re running in production, most clients move to managed operations since infrastructure needs continuous monitoring and patching. If you already have an internal DevOps team and just need a specific skill filled, staff augmentation is the better fit.

Can you migrate us without downtime?

We plan every migration to minimize downtime and protect data integrity, using phased cutovers and rollback plans rather than a single risky switch. Some downtime windows are unavoidable depending on your architecture, and we’ll tell you honestly where that applies before the migration starts, not after.

What happens after the migration or pipeline is live?

Every engagement includes a support window to handle issues that only surface under real production load. Beyond that, most clients move into ongoing managed operations covering monitoring, patching, and cost optimization — because cloud infrastructure that’s left unattended tends to get both less reliable and more expensive over time.
